SPECIAL ATTENTION REQUIRED DURING GOVERNOR’s OFFICIAL CLUB VISIT
 
 1. Assistant Governor of the club      being visited and The Special Aide of      respective area shall be      accompaning the DG.during the visit.

 3. During the Meeting with board of      directors and office bearers of club,      The Club Trainer and the Chairman      Foundation are also requested to be      present.
 
 4. Club Official Meeting must be over in      100 minutes including DG's address for      30 minutes.
 
 5. Presidents of Rotract, Interact and RCC      & Chairperson of Inner Wheel to be      invited
 
 
DISTRICT GOVERNOR’s FOOD HABITS
 
 1. He is vegetarian
 
 2. He finishes his dinner before 8 PM and      will not take any eatable thereafter.
 
 3. He loves food with bare minimum      possible oil but without 'Any Chillies'
 
 4. He doesn't take any eatables in      between meals except very light black      tea with lime or any of the soft drinks.
